My name is Tasha and I have been stranded in Ukraine for the past 25 days. I was planning on spending a week searching for my family lines and heritage as this is where my family originated from. I was taken on my 5th day here and have been stuck in a prison camp since then. I'm assuming by now my family thinks that I am dead and I'm asking you to please help me.
I have no money, no credit cards, nothing and I am begging that you help me get home to my family. I am not a big name celebrity, nor am I a politician or soldier, so you will never hear about my disappearance on the news. The government will not help me return to the United and I have no way of contacting anyone else. I'm sending this email out as a distress signal.
I need $1100 for a plane ticket home. I don't expect you to give me all of that but if you could please send me $200 and ask 5 of your friends to do that same it would be a miracle. If you can't spare that much, anything you can spare would be a God-send.
